We will work together to create beneficial habits, fine tune mindset strategies, explore relationships with food and rest, and perform body movements, when all combined will transform how you show up and move through your days.

As a queer non-binary identifying person of color, I prioritize creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ folx and POC in the wellness arena, through inclusive language with a zero tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind.
